Summary: Forever Greatful

Review: My experience with Joe, his team and their work was far more than satisfactory! It was nothing less than what I have been calling, an Angel Intervention! I was driving back to the Bay Area from a meeting in Reffing on Monday afternoon. Over 100 degrees, driving 70 miles am hour when my car lost power and battery. I was scared, far from home, hot and just didn't know what I was going to do. The Tow truck driver said he knew just where to take me. Joe emerged from the office with a quiet confidence. It was almost 5pm. He said- don't worry, ill take care of everything. He did exactly that!! He is kind, respectful, efficient and honest. He provided me with everything I needed to get home safely, worry free and with a fair price that was far below what others had quoted me over the phone. I just can't say enough about the care he offered me and my car! My car is running better than new. I will be forever greatful for what Koe did for me. I travel to the Redding area for business frequently. My plan is to have Joe do all the service on my car in the future. I don't see why I would entrust my car, my safety or my hard earned money to anyone else. I trust Joe and his team to asses what needs to be done and to do it with great skill, care and honesty. I am forever greatful for my Angel Intervention and highly recommend Red Bluff Auto Clinic to everyone'
