Summary: Takes advantage of anyone to make a dollar!

Review: I am a 52 year old woman who went in for a simple oil change and after waiting for about 45 minutes I was approached by the front desk clerk ( lady ) who proceeded to tell me that my car needed about 1200.00 dollars worth of repairs asap including 4 new tires!! I was told that both ball joints were bad and both tie rods were broken . The Mechanic on duty came out and confirmed all of this and told me that the car was unsafe to drive!! I had no choice but to drive the car home because I am not from Mauldin and had no other way home. I drove 25 mph for 25 miles because I was afraid the car would flip!! .... The car belongs to me however my son drives the car regularly to and from work , so I had to tell him that he could in no way drive the car because of what I was told! He called into work that next day which was Thursday Feb 15th and lost a whole days pay( about 100.00 dollars!) because of it! He decided to get another opinion so he took the car to two different places in Simpsonville ( I can provide the names of those places) and was told that NOTHING was wrong with the car!! NOTHING!! I just want to say that I was a Mechanic's kid!! My dad worked his butt off all of my childhood to put food in my mouth as a single father!! He was an honest man and would never take advantage of anyone because of not knowing about mechanics who came into his shop . Now, I am just alittle upset because one of your employees would take advantage of me or anyone to make a dollar! If he truly made an honest mistake he needs to go back to school so that this doesn't reflect your business!! My son called to complain yesterday and was told that there were two different Mazda Tributes in your shop and he confused the two.... I was there and mine was the only Mazda tribute there ! I don't think I will be back! I called today ( Feb 16, 2017 and asked to speak to the owner.. I was told that he wouldn't be in until around 2... I then asked for a phone number to be able to call owner and was handed off to manager who sai
