Summary: Highly Recommended!

Review: Before I moved to Kentucky, I had all my cars (Hondas, Toyota, and Subaru’s) serviced by an incredible repair shop. The two owners were extremely knowledgeable, could troubleshoot any problem, and the repairs were always done correctly and at a very reasonable price. If you asked them to look at a problem your car was having or just have them check the brakes for wear, they would diagnosis it for free, come back with an estimate, and in some cases delay doing the work because it wasn’t immediately required, such as the case with brakes. I felt pretty confident that once we left our state, I would never be able to find a repair shop that would measure up to this one. Before we moved to Kentucky, our son was attending the University and started to have a problem with his car. I did some checking online and found some very positive reviews about Kentucky Auto so I directed him there. That was around 2015 and he has been taking his vehicles there ever since. Recently, he had a number of warning lights appear on his dash at the same time and the car would stall intermittently when cold. They diagnosed the problem and did the repairs. The problem went away for a few weeks but then the multiple warning lights came back on but the stalling was gone. So, my son took it back in and they determined that it was some additional work that they had been trying to avoid and hoped wasn’t needed or required. I was a little confused by all of this so I called my old repair shop and spoke to them about the issue. It turns out they would have done exactly what Kentucky Auto did. Both repairs were indeed needed and they too would have done them in the same order in an attempt to save the customer money. They could not have gotten a better endorsement as far as I am concerned. They folks at Kentucky Auto really know what they are doing and I am delighted.
